The Koogler Group offers free title insurance and regulatory compliance training for state regulators and support personnel charged with the responsibility of regulating the title insurance industry. Consistent enforcement of laws and industry regulations is the only way in which to maintain a level playing field within the industry.

Throughout her 45+ year career, Karen Koogler has assisted auditors, investigators, and state prosecutors with cases involving alleged unlawful activities of title insurance professionals. Where formal settlement agreements have been reached – and upon request by state and/or federal regulators – Karen acts in the capacity of Compliance Monitor to oversee ongoing business activities subject to such settlement agreements, to ensure future compliance with state and federal laws and industry regulations.
